Taking a look across the globe into Australian Open Records catalogue is like opening a bag of exotic candy. King Unique and Antix/Fiord are the only two names I recognize on their rooster.
Funkform is a young talented Producer, DJ and professional grass-cutter residing in the tropical paradise of Cairns, AUS. Even elevens would work just as well a soundtrack for an intergalactic Sci-fi movie as well as a crowd-mover at an exotic music festival. The progressive bassline, the double claps and the hypnotizing trombone create one perfect, dubby atmosphere. I’m really looking forward to the other two tracks of the EP.
