Album Preview: Sid Le Rock – Busted With a Bag of Bliss [MFRR April 22]

Berlin Based / Canadian born Sheldon Thompson AKA Sid Le Rock has been wowing music lovers with his unique electronic fusion sound since first bursting on to the scene almost 10 years ago. Some are probably even more familiar with his monicker Pan/Tone.

Going back to his Canadian roots, Sheldon has recorded a full album for Torontos (Canada’s?) most famous label – My Favorite Robot. The 11 track album will hit the shelves and the DJ boxes on April 22nd.

Butch – For her smile (video)

Butch is finally releasing the long awaited full lengther the november the 2nd on his newly started imprint Bouq. It’s titled Eyes Wide Open and contains, among club banger such as Soul Motion, Joy Part II and In Gods Arms some livingroom goodies like the one above. Paul Van Dyk – Best of Album out now

My journey into electronic music started back in 2000. No mp3s back in those days, it was all about original CDs. I used to bartend in London back then and spent most of my hard earned money on buying trance and house albums at HMV and trying to catch PVD, Tiesto and Matt Hardwick in action every time they were having a DJ gig in London.
