Shazam the track ID recognition app has been growing steadily over the last year, currently reaching 275 million users. The concept is simple – activate the smartphone app and it will record the music playing in background and quickly tell you the name of the track by matching the sound to the 25 million song database. Dorisburg – Tundra by Aniara Recordings

The lovely, creative and hardworking people of Aniara Recordings surpass themselves once again. Dorisburg is back with a limited  12″ EP with two very distinctive sides. One dark, introvert and techy. And one light and a bit progressive sounding like the old stuff from Boeoes Kaelstigen.

I definitely love the second one called Tundra. Would it be great to receive Aniaras future releases as promo vinyls? Yeah, I’ll keep dreaming.
